When is a trip to the apple orchard more than a traditional field trip?
A field trip to the apple orchard is fun, however, for our students it also includes using the apples you pick to make a pie, recycling the peels to make apple cider vinegar and learning about sustainability.
The Cotton Classroom is an example of integrating future-focused learning into our historic campus. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art materials allowing our students to apply both time tested and new techniques to the study of food and nutrition.
