The school community gathered around the flagpole in front of the school building to commemorate the anniversary of the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001. This annual observance included singing, poetry recitations, and reflections from students. Head of School Phil Demartini closed with a moment of silence and his annual reading of "I Am the Nation," by Otto Whitaker.
