Academy first graders celebrated the 100th day of school in a variety of ways on Wednesday, but the highlight was when they shared with their eighth grade buddies the 100 items they brought to school in honor of the occasion. Choices ranged from Bingo chips and Q-tips to Nascar race cars. One child brought in two garbage bags filled with stuffed animals! Also popular were edible items such as gummi worms and chocolate chip cookies.
